Enjoy this simple healthy and refreshing smoothie at any time of the day during this Mango season. If you are not really a fan of Mango, combining it with any other fruit or vegetable as a smoothie is one of the best ways to enjoy it.
Ingredients - 2 cherry mangoes - 1 medium Avocado pear - 1 cup Tiger-nut Milk (you can substitute it with any skimmed milk or low cholesterol milk) - 1/2 of medium sized Cucumber - 1/2 of a medium sized lemon or lime squeezed out(optional) - some groundnuts for garnishing(OPTIONAL)
Prep Peel out the fleshy part from the mangoes and pear, then transfer into the blender with all other ingredients.
Blend till finely smooth and sprinkle the groundnuts, then enjoy a healthy fruity-veg smoothie....
