WHEAT HONEY-YOGURT DARK CHOCOLATE PANCAKES WITH BANANA-YOGURT DRIZZLE

This beautiful, easy and delicious pancake is an all in one blender recipe…The focus is to get a dark chocolaty taste, so you would notice there is no milk added except our plain Yogurt.


You can decide to add more Honey to your mixture than the one in the recipe, if you may not be ok with the dark chocolate’s slightly bitter-sweet nature (which is a lovely taste though lolz).



Its a simple healthy and delicious recipe, so lets get prepinggg...


Ingredients

1) 2 cups of whole wheat

2) 2 tbsp of Cocoa Powder

3) 3 tbsp of Honey

4) 2 medium sized ripe bananas

5) 1 cup pure Greek Yogurt

6) 2 cups of plain Yogurt for the drizzle

7) Two or one tbsps. of no cholesterol oil.

8) Water




Prep

1) In your blender add your whole wheat, Cocoa powder, Honey, Yogurt some water and blend all together till very smooth.


2) Add some more Water if thick, we need the batter light and fluffy.


3) After blending together taste and be sure you are satisfied with it. Pour out into a bowl, then mix very well with a spoon.


4) Get a sticky pan place on low heat or if you don’t have a non-sticky Pan, use your normal frying pan, rub a good oil around it and put on a low heat.


5) Use a spoon or a Pan cake pourer and pour into your Pan, then spread into circles but not thick. Give adequate space, do not cluster pan.


6) Turn at 2mins interval and remove when you notice each side is getting brown. But remember that this is a dark chocolate pancake so we expected to see it brown naturally, just be careful not to let it get burnt on each side.


7) Set aside in a plate.



Yogurt-banana drizzle

1) Pour 2 cups of plain Yogurts in a blender and 2 medium bananas

2) Blend all together and sprinkle on your Pancake and serve
