Have you ever found your self in a situation where you want to whip up a healthy delicious bread snack for your friends, family and guests,and you want to do something different from the normal and you aren't one of those females that always keeps yeast in her pantry like me📷😞... i sure have. Well, don't just wish it,you can do a DELICIOUS bready pastry without yeast...Believe me you would want to do this almost every time because of how easy and fast it is to make...





I hope you find this recipe easy and delicious, its a sure healthy white flour recipe for family and friends. I had so much fun making this and hope you do too...so lets start baking... Full recipe EASY HONEY-MILK BREAD BUN FOR 12-13 BUN - 3 TABLE SPOONS OF HONEY - 2 1/2 CUPS OF FLOUR - 1 CUP OF ANY PLANT MILK OR SKIMMED MILK - ½ TEASPOON OF BAKING SODA - 1 TEASPOON OF BAKING POWDER - ¼ CUP OF NO CHOLESTEROL OIL - SALT - WATER - 1 EGG PREP - POUR ALL DRY INGREDIENTS; FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, SALT INTO A BOWL AND MIX WELL

- CREATE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE AND POUR IN THE OIL. RUB IN WITH YOUR TWO HANDS TILL THEY BECOME LIKE GRAINS OF SAND.

- ADD THE EGG AND MILK AND MIX TOGETHER WELL BUT LIGHTLY WITHOUT FORCE, THEN ADD WATER GRADUALLY.

- YOU WANT YOUR DOUGH TO BE SOFT, FIRM AND EASY TO ROLL BUT NOT STICKY, SO YOU WOULD NEED TO GO EASY ON THE WATER.

- NOW BEGIN TO KNEAD BY MIXING AND FOLDING THEN PRESSING WITH YOUR FIST,LIGHTLY WITHOUT FORCE. CONTINUE TO KNEAD THAT WAY TILL ALL IS WELL INCORPORATED, THEN TAKE A LITTLE FLOUR AND SPRINKLE ON A WORK SURFACE OR A WIDE TRAY.

- TRANSFER THE DOUGH TO IT AND CONTINUE KNEADING LIGHTLY. FOLD AND PRESS WITH YOUR FIST CONSISTENTLY BUT NOT WITH FORCE TILL YOUR DOUGH IS SMOOTH, FIRM NOT STRONG AND WELL MIXED.

- MOLD INTO A BALL, DIVIDE INTO 2-3 PARTS AND ROLL FLAT BUT NOT THIN(THIS IS OPTIONAL, YOU CAN DECIDE TO CUT DIRECTLY FROM THE BALL YOU MOLDED, ROLLING JUST HELPS YOU MAKE A LOT MORE).

- CUT ONE AT A TIME FROM YOUR DOUGH DEPENDING ON THE SIZE YOU WANT YOUR BUN TO BE. THEN ROLL INTO A BALL WITH YOUR PALM AND FLATTEN A BIT AND THEN TRANSFER TO YOUR PAN ALREADY SPRINKLED WITH OIL.

- IF YOU HAVE A ROUND CUTTER YOU COULD MAKE USE OF IT TO CUT OUT ROUND FORMS AND GET AN EQUAL SHAPE ALL THROUGH.

- AFTER TRANSFERRING ALL TO PAN, PUT IN THE OVEN AND BAKE UNTIL THE TOP TURNS BROWNISH, I ALWAYS ADVICE A TASTE VERSION, SO THAT YOU COULD OPEN AFTER THE REQUIRED TIME AND FIND OUT IF THE INSIDE IS WELL DONE.

- TIMING APPROXIMATIONS MAY DIFFER WITH PEOPLE, TRY TO BE INTUITIVE WHEN IT COMES TO TIMING, BUT FOR BOTH A FIRE OVEN AND AN ELECTRIC OVEN YOU SHOULD CHECK FROM 30 – 45 MINS.

- FOR A FIRE OVEN THE HEAT SHOULD BE AT AT LEAST NUMBER 4 AND ELECTRIC OVEN SHOULD BE AT AT LEAST 350 DEGREES.

- YOU CAN USE AN EGG WHITE TO RUB ON THE SURFACE OF THE DOUGH BEFORE TRANSFERRING TO THE OVEN, TO ENABLE THE TOP LOOK A BIT SHINY.

- DRIZZLE A SYRUP ON IT IF YOU WANT BY COMBINING HONEY WITH STRAWBERRY FLAVOR OR ANY FRUIT YOU WISH TO AND THEN MIXING TOGETHER TO GIVE YOU A DELICIOUS SYRUP. ENJOY THIS DELICIOUS EASY DELICACY, WITH A FRESH FRUIT JUICE OR A HEALTHY BEVERAGE OR EVEN JUST ALONE AS A SNACK…
